Due to a technical issue, a small number of customers have had their Direct Debit taken twice last week (Thursday 2nd January) – we believe that you may be one of the customers affected.

The second payment will also be credited to your account, meaning that your account will be in credit and thus reducing/replacing future payments.
If you would rather be refunded for the additional amount, please contact us via one of the methods below.
