You might be wondering what happens next? Well, the following list is a brief overview of what to expect.
1. Once you’ve received your first delivery, you will get a text to set up your weekly variable direct debit.
2. Our office staff will set up your direct debit, then send an email detailing information about when your first variable direct debit will be taken. This email will also have a link for you to follow to set up your online account.
3. You set up your online account. Once it has been activated you will be able to adjust your order online, input holiday dates and view your weekly balance. You can adjust your order up to 3pm the day before your next delivery.
4. That’s it! The head office in Dundee is manned up to 6pm Monday to Friday. The best method of contact over the weekend is by email.
