We’re Now Expanding into Aberdeen!

After years of speculating and weighing the pros and cons, we’ve finally decided to take the plunge and expand the Kerr’s Dairy Family into Aberdeen!

Why?

Demand – Since the news has focused public awareness on the detrimental effects single use plastic has on the environment, our glass bottle sales have soared. We have had an influx of customers in and around the Dundee area, and we have also had many people living in and around Aberdeen contact us asking if we could provide a delivery service to them. Therefore, after a few months of tidying the runs up in Dundee, training staff, planning logistics and ordering new vans, we are finally in the position to move into the Aberdeen area and meet that local demand.

Creating Local Job Opportunities – Once we have established a foothold in the Aberdeen area, we will be recruiting locally to expand our delivery team. Many of our current team members have been with us for decades. We hope to recruit more long-standing team members to help us continue moving forward.

On a more personal note – I have twin girls who live in Bridge of Don. By expanding into that area and getting a depot there, I can move closer to my daughters, spend more quality time with them and continue to create a lasting legacy for them both within Dundee and Aberdeen.

I hope you will join us in this exciting new endeavour, and would like to thank you for allowing us the opportunity to move into and service your local area.
