Dear Customer,

We wanted to let you know about a small hiccup at the dairy today. One of our bottling machines has unfortunately gone out of action, which means we’ve been unable to produce milk in our usual pint glass bottles temporarily.

To make sure none of our customers go without, all deliveries that would normally come in glass bottles will arrive in plastic pint bottles instead. This is just a temporary change while we get things fixed, and we really appreciate your understanding. This will only be the case for tomorrow’s delivery, after which we expect to be back fully operational.

We also want to say a big thank you to our friends at McQueen’s Dairies, who kindly stepped in to help us at short notice. Thanks to their support—and because they use First Milk, just like we do—you’ll still be getting the same great quality milk as always.

All other products are unaffected.
