Kerr’s Dairy is delighted to celebrate another impressive performance from Dundee’s own Sam Hickey, who continued his unbeaten run in the professional ranks with a unanimous points victory on Saturday 7th June at Barnsley’s Oakwell Stadium. Sam’s latest triumph, taking his record to 3–0, came against England’s Harley Hodgetts on a major fight card at an event that brought together top emerging boxing talent from across Europe.
Boxing on the undercard of the European title clash between Callum Simpson and Italy’s Ivan Zucco, Sam demonstrated maturity beyond his experience. Over six well-controlled rounds, he used fast combinations, clever footwork and excellent ringcraft to dominate the bout and secure a convincing win. The performance builds on the momentum of his previous first-round stoppage victory earlier this year.
