Thomson Dairies will have communicated to yourself recently regarding their decision to cease trading in your area, and the subsequent takeover by Kerr’s Dairy of your deliveries.
We are delighted to be able to deliver to all previous customers of Thomson’s Dairies and ensure that no one is left without the deliveries that we know so many people rely on. We pride ourselves on our service levels, so we hope you’ll be happy with the move to Kerr’s.
At Kerr’s Dairy, we source our milk from First Milk, a Scottish Farmer-owned co-operative and you can be confident that your milk is Scottish, top quality, and produced to the highest standards. DIRECT DEBITS: With regards your Direct Debit, the good news is that you need to take no action. Please be assured that this change will in no way effect the service you receive. You will notice that “BPS re Kerrs Dairy will collect your Direct Debits instead of “GC Re Thomsons Dairies” and therefore the name “BPS re Kerrs Dairy” will appear on your bank/building society statement. Due to the Direct Debit guideline timeframe, your first Direct Debit will come off on Wednesday 6th March 2024 and will be for your first two weeks of deliveries. There after your weekly Direct Debit will be taken on Wednesday of each week.

Just like Thomson’s Dairy, we offer an online account (YourMoo) to our customers to allow them to easily make any changes to orders as well as additional benefits such as adding holidays.
We may offer some different products and these can also be viewed on YourMoo or on our website.
